How it works
IRON EYE is a software application based on AI that reads the content of certificates, understands the meaning of data and labels, and stores and classifies information for further retrieval.
This is achieved through AI, which enhances its knowledge using training models tailored to each foundry involved.
Structure
IronEye is a software solution whose structure is built around an engine based on Azure Document Intelligence, along with several customizable components designed and developed according to specific business needs.

Certificate Acquisition
The certificate PDF file of the specific foundry is dragged into the input area, ready to be processed by the AI engine. The model has been previously trained using certificates coming from the foundry.
The uploaded certificate is listed together with the other certificates which have been previously processed by the AI engine. Certificates reported in the list are the ones which either have still to be processed or have been already processed with a confidence level less than High.

Certificate Validation
It is possible to access certificates that include at least one section with a confidence level below High (Medium or Low) and modify/correct the values. Each section is highlighted with its corresponding confidence level.
The Data To Be Checked section lists all values with a confidence level lower than High.
Each value can be overwritten starting from the one recognized by the AI model.
The original certificate is displayed as a reference.
Once the values are confirmed, the certificate is automatically processed.

Acquired Certificates
The acquired certificates are listed in a dedicated section. If an acquired certificate is selected, the original document is displayed. Each document can be zoomed in or out, downloaded or deleted in case the AI recognition has to be repeated.

Data and Certificates Research
Once acquired, certificates can be searched by means of both general information (issuer, code, issue and acquisition date, heat and applied standard) and data included (chemical or mechanical analysis or any other different attributes).
The certificates you are looking for can be opened, viewed, and downloaded.
